OUR STORY
— CHAPTER 01
Five minutes on foot from Anguk Station Exit 2, at the entrance of Bukchon Hanok Village. Doma Yuzu Ramen is a ramen kitchen that also serves Korean charcoal bulgogi — Japanese ramen craft and Korean food culture, side by side on the same wooden board.
— CHAPTER 02
Hand-pulled ramen lifted by bright yuzu peel — a clean shoyu and a soft shio base, with spicy and tsukemen variations. Noodles are made fresh in-house every day.
